The award winning stately home based on the Staffordshire / Shropshire border hosts a variety occasions from weddings and family celebrations to business conferences and product launches and each one requires its own distinctive touch. And having worked within the hospitality sector all her life, Lotte (25) understands the importance of having a calm and systematic approach to organising events.

Dutch born Lotte began her career at her parent’s restaurants in Arnhem, Holland. During her university studies in hospitality management Lotte gained first hand organisation experience at Skibo Castle, a private members and 18 hole championship golf club in the Scottish Highlands.

After completing her degree Lotte returned to Scotland to work for leading global hospitality company, the Hilton Hotel Cooperation. Her role as an Account Handler Support for corporate contracts throughout Europe and Africa saw her liaising with clients, co-ordinating and managing accommodation schedules.

Lotte is looking forward to the challenges ahead as each and every occasion or meeting has different needs: “Weston Park is known for its first class, professional service and I believe understanding the customer’s needs and facilitating their plans is paramount for the success of the occasion or conference however large or small. It’s this attention to detail that has built Weston’s reputation and one which I am looking forward to enhancing.
