Thousands of vintage and classic vehicles will be steering toward Weston Park this Easter Bank Holiday Weekend, as they gear up for the annual Midlands Festival of Transport Show.
A host of vehicles from classic to American cars through to buses and steam trains will descend on the 17th century stately home on Sunday 8th and Monday 9th April, for the annual show which regularly attracts visitors from across the region.
The event which offers visitors a variety of attractions from death-defying arena displays to a host of activities and stalls that will keep the whole family entertained.
For vehicle enthusiasts the autojumble and trade stands area is a must see. All kinds of automobile and collectible items can be found on the stands along with the opportunity to pick up those hard-to-find spare parts.
Looking forward to a busy weekend Kate Thomas, Weston Park’s Sales and Marketing Manager said: “The Easter Bank Holiday Weekend is the launch of our Public Open Season and we feel this festival really puts our 2007 events programme into gear.”
The Midlands Festival of Transport is open from 10am to 5pm on Sunday 8th and Monday 9th April. Admission prices are £6 for adults, £3.50 for children. Free parking and onsite catering will be available.
