Johnstone’s has invented a revolutionary new ‘tiger print’ paint which can be rollered straight onto your walls.

The paint, called the Johnstone’s Roar Effect, is specially formulated so that it produces a tiger print effect as soon as it is painted or rollered onto a surface.

Johnstone’s has launched Johnstone’s Roar Effect today so that homeowners can get their hands on the wild new paint in time for Easter, which is renowned for being the most popular time of the year for DIY.

The Johnstone’s Roar Effect paint, which is the first patterned paint in the world, even has a special tin which makes a roaring noise when the lid is taken off.

The paint is anticipated to be paws for thought for fashion-conscious homeowners who are eager to alter their wall colours as often as they change their shoes.

It has taken the Johnstone’s Technical Department several years to come up with the revolutionary ‘patterned’ formulation and an extra two years to design the roaring lid.

“We already have an impressive range of products but the technical team have really got their teeth stuck into being able to finally offer consumers this special patterned paint. You would have to be a fool not to love it.

“We hope to add new patterns to the range in the near future – we are currently finalising the formula for a fleur-de-lys patterned paint and also a stripy monochrome paint. Watch this space,” she added.
