JCT600 has added to its Bentley dealership portfolio with the purchase of Bentley Newcastle.

The Yorkshire-based dealer group already has Bentley dealership JCT600 Leodis Court , based in Leeds as well as Porsche, Maserati, Lotus, Ferrari and Aston Martin dealerships. The company purchased Bentley Newcastle from Inchcape for an undisclosed sum.

JCT600's specialist car brand director, David Clapham, said the purchase was an ideal fit for the dealer group. "Bentley Newcastle adds to our growing portfolio of luxury marque dealerships. Our dedicated teams throughout Yorkshire and Newcastle are specialists in both high-end cars and excellent customer care."

Although predominantly based in Yorkshire , JCT600 also owns Porsche Newcastle. Bentley Newcastle's general manager, Paul Gudge, believes the purchase is excellent news for his 19-strong team. "JCT600 has a fine pedigree in luxury car retailing. Its Bentley dealership in Leeds is flourishing and our aim is to emulate this success in Newcastle ."

JCT600 is a family owned business with an annual turnover of £500 million. Based in Bradford , the company was established over 60 years ago and is chaired by Jack Tordoff. As well as luxury marques, JCT600 also has BMW and Mercedes dealerships.
