Background

HiQ is the fast-fit team with a brand new philosophy. Owned by Goodyear Dunlop, HiQ was established over 50 years ago. In 2006 HiQ began a multimillion pound rebranding programme, determined to provide better facilities, better service, better choice and better value than all of its competitors.

 

HiQ listened to its customers and is creating a fast-fit operation that puts the customer in control. The company has looked at everything from the way it speaks to how its coffee tastes. Centre re-branding began in 2007.

 

 

 

 

Objective

Connect PR was appointed by HiQ in 2003 to raise awareness of its centres in regional press. We are also responsible for promoting HiQ as a dedicated fleet partner in automotive media. HiQ is just as committed to its fleet customers as its retail ones, and Connect PR works alongside its regional sales team to raise awareness of fleet deals throughout the UK.

 

Our PR work for HiQ includes educational articles for motorists, regional informative surveys, competitions, tyre tread check events and the promotion of new products and services.

 

 

 

 

Achievements

Our objective is to gain coverage for HiQ in the automotive and fleet trade press and for every HiQ dealer in its local regional press. We have consistently achieved this since our appointment.
